Guild Storage Fixes

Guild storage should now work properly for every member, whatever their rank.

• Stacked items can be withdrawn again. Taking out a stack used to do nothing at all.

• Guild Masters and Sub-Masters can withdraw right away. The 7-day membership wait now applies only to regular members, so officers of a new guild are no longer locked out of their own storage.

• The 7-day wait now works correctly for members who joined recently.

• Items no longer bounce back into storage after being withdrawn.

• Closed several ways stored items could be taken out without going through the request and approval system. Every withdrawal now goes through the normal rules.

• Storage History now lists only moves that actually happened. Attempts the server refused no longer show up as deposits or withdrawals.

• Fixed a server crash caused by a bad storage request.

Storage History entries from before this update may include moves that never went through. Please check the storage itself before reporting a missing item.

The stack fix is a client update. Relaunch through the launcher to get it.
