"Server Move Fixes"

The game server is now back online.

Some timers were still running on the old server's clock after the move. That clock was running about 5 hours fast. They are fixed now.

Channel chat — fixed "Channel chats are only available once per 30 seconds" showing even when you hadn't used channel chat recently
Wayfarer's Seal free megaphone — fixed the cooldown being stuck for players who used it before the move
Soul Purifier — souls that were purifying before the move are now finished and ready to collect
Pioh eggs — eggs that were incubating before the move have had the extra 5 hours removed; some are ready to collect now
Skill cooldowns — were already protected; skills carried over from before the move work normally

Territorial War, Capture the Flag and EXP event times now follow the correct server time.
